Let's Get Started!
Coaching is proven to work
when two factors are present:
1. The
client is willing to grow.
2. There is a gap
between where they are now and where they want to be.
To help you determine your readiness to
benefit from coaching, I present here various questions and
challenges to get you thinking about your life:
where you are at now? where
you would like to be in the near future?

after working on these questions you realize that Coaching would

and we can set up our first session. Be prepared at that time to
share with me what you discovered when working on these questions.
This will facilitate you getting the most value from our time
together.
The following questions encourage you to examine
your life and create meaningful goals.
Answer them to better clarify how
coaching might benefit you, and then Contact me for
a free consult.
THE FIRST STEP:
What is most important to You? Determining your life
purpose, business mission, & legacy... Client Instructions: Respond to each
of the following questions.
- Life Purpose: What do you want for yourself,
for others and for life, personally? What is truly most important
to you?
- Business Mission: What do you what,
professionally, for your clients and others? Why do you do what
you do? What do you offer that is unique and/or excites you?
- Legacy: What do you want to leave for others
after you are gone? Be specific.
THE SECOND STEP:
What do you have going for you? Take count of your personal
and professional assets... Client Instructions: Please respond to each of the
following questions.
- Personal & Professional Strengths:
Evaluate your strengths and list the top 5.
- Most Significant Personal & Professional
Accomplishments: What are you most pleased and proud of
having accomplished? List the top 5.
- Personal & Professional Assets: Who do
you know? What do you know? What gifts do you have? What makes you
unique and powerful?
THE NEXT STEP:
Become conscious of what you are "putting up with" in your
life. "Tolerations"... Client Instructions: Make a list of
what you are "putting up with" at work and at home to determine what
might be limiting you right now. (Situations, people's behavior,
unmet needs, crossed boundaries, incomplete items, frustrations,
problems, and even your own behavior.)
- We put up with, accept, take on and are dragged down by things
we may have come to ignore. Now is the time to identify those
things. As you think of more items, add them to your list.
- You may or may not choose to do anything about them right now,
but just becoming aware of and articulating them will bring them
to the forefront where you'll naturally start handling,
eliminating, fixing and resolving them.
ANOTHER CRUCIAL STEP:
10 goals to reach in the next 180 days... Client Instructions: Think about and
answer the following.
What are the goals you most want
to set for yourself for the next 180 days? Please select only those
goals that you really want, not the ones you should, could, oughta
or might want. Look deep inside and then write down your 10
personal and professional goals. When you set the right
goals for yourself, you should feel excited, a little nervous, ready
and willing to go for it!
- Each goal should be specific and measurable, with a start date
and a finish date assigned to it. Do not select the goals you
historically have chosen, but never reached, unless you are in a
much better position to reach them now.
- For each goal write down the personal and professional
benefits to you of accomplishing the goal.
Start coming up
with a plan or strategy for accomplishing each goal.
THE LAST STEP:
Create supportive structures that will make your life easier
and the coaching more effective... Client Instructions: Answer the
following questions.
- 10 Daily Habits: Clients who take great care
of themselves are able to achieve more with less cost. Make a list
of the ten daily habits that would keep you well. Use the daily
tracking sheet if desired. We will integrate each of them during
the time we work together.
- High Personal Standards: What high standards
are you now willing to hold yourself to, consistently?
- Extensive Boundaries: What can't people do to
you, with you, or around you, any longer?
- Resources: What other people, places, and
things can you think of that you will need to support what you are
up to? Which do you already have? Which do you still need?
NOW YOU ARE READY:
to change your life and move in a healthier, happier, more
powerful direction.
