Our front desk receptionists are specially trained to respond
to patients' concerns in a prompt and professional manner. They
schedule patient appointments with the therapists, provide appointment
reminder calls, and answers to most questions.
Marie (x208) the new patient coordinator;
takes the initial referral information and helps
assign them to the best therapist for their unique needs.

Assistant to Dr.'s Doberman and Mooney: Mary Kay (x204)
Mary Kay provides additional assistance for patients of Dr. Mooney
and Dr. Doberman including, scheduling appointments, handling client
payments, and helping patients with any additional questions
they might have.
