Costs and Fees
Due to the joint pressure of increasing costs and
the shift of overhead to your therapist from managed care
corporations, Karner Psychological Associates regrets that it must
impose fees on services previously provided without a direct charge.
Letters, reports, testing, specific phone calls, court reports,
court testimony, and case management fees are not typically covered
by insurance plans. The following are Fees for these services:
- Copying records: $.75 per page plus $3.00 per
each 15 minutes
- One page letter/report: $60
- Brief Psychological Report (2 page):
$150
- Comprehensive Psychological Report: $500 -
$1,000
(depending on testing conducted)
- Case Conferencing (Direct or
Telephone): $40 per each 15 minutes (minimum
charge $40)
- Case Management (Direct or
Telephone): $40 per each 15 minutes (minimum
charge $40)
- Postage: at cost
- Travel: $500/half day - social
worker $700/half day - psychologist
- Payments not made at time of service: $15 per
bill
- Returned Check Fee: $25 plus bank charges
