What is Coaching?

Coaching assumes that the client
is already healthy, powerful, and able to achieve their life goals,
at least with the right support, information, and guidance. Life
Coaching focuses on creating a person's future, on moving them from
the functional to the extraordinary!
How is it different from therapy?
Therapy, on the other hand, helps
people to overcome symptomatic disorders (anxiety, depression, etc.),
to recover from traumatic or difficult life stressors, or deal with
serious relationship problems. It focuses on moving people from
sub-par functioning back to a level of more comfortable, normative
life functioning.
