Meet Your Provider - Nicole Taylor
Nicole is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to improving mental health outcomes across diverse populations. With a strong foundation in community nursing and psychiatry, she is experienced in treating ADHD, complex mood disorders including childhood dysregulation, trauma-related conditions, disordered eating patterns, and a wide range of psychiatric conditions affecting children, adolescents, and young adults.

Nicole utilizes a patient-centered approach focused on thoughtful medication management while incorporating recommendations for supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and individualized wellness strategies. She believes in empowering patients through compassionate listening, collaborative care planning, and deep respect for each person’s unique experiences and goals.

An LGBTQ+ ally, Nicole is passionate about supporting marginalized communities and creating a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for all patients.

Nicole received her education through Maria College and SUNY Stony Brook and brings 29 years of experience across outpatient and inpatient psychiatry, ACT teams, child welfare facilities, crisis intervention, substance use treatment, and community mental health settings. She remains committed to reducing stigma and improving access to quality psychiatric care.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys cooking for her large family, gardening, boating, and spending time in the sunshine.
